CENTRIFUGAL pumptype
DUTCH WELL PUMPS cargo pumps are centrifugal pumps, based on deep well technology. They have a long vertical shaft, with the drive on deck, which allows the pump to be positioned in the well at the lowest point of the tank so that the full pumping capacity is used until the tank is empty. In addition, the specially developed strainer ensures a better flow.

DUTCH WELL PUMPS are ATEX (ATmospheres EXplosibles) Zone 0 approved.

Depending on the types of cargo that a ship is transporting, the required power (KW) and corresponding capacity are determined. If wanted, a stripping pump is added for pumping the residual charge. Our pumps are used for the transport of minerals, light chemicals, heavy chemicals and fuel oil.
